Pressure washing and soft washing: choosing the approach
The difference is how the cleaning is done. Water pressure, cleaning solution, material, and finish all matter. The aim is to match the approach to your property rather than use the same setting everywhere.
Pressure washing
Pressure washing uses water force to loosen dirt on surfaces suited to that method. The condition of the area matters too: worn finishes, cracks, and existing damage need attention when we discuss the work.
Soft washing
Soft washing combines lower water pressure with a cleaning solution suited to the material. It gives us another approach to discuss for exterior cleaning where stronger pressure isn’t appropriate. Tell us about painted finishes or other areas that need particular care.
A manufacturer’s care guidance can help determine the approach for a specific finish. If you have that information, include it with your request. We’ll confirm the surfaces and work included in your estimate.

Pricing depends on the areas involved, their size and condition, the cleaning method, and access. Share your property address and a description through our estimate form. Mention any areas that need particular care, even if you’re unsure which method they need.
We serve Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and Punta Gorda. For exterior glass, discuss window cleaning separately. Interior requests can be arranged through our residential cleaning or commercial cleaning services.

Can you tell me which washing method I need?
Yes. Describe the area and send photos if available. We’ll review the material and condition with you and confirm the approach before scheduling.
Do you clean roofs or restore damaged surfaces?
We don’t currently clean roofs. Sealing, painting, damage restoration, and mold remediation aren’t included in this exterior-cleaning service.
Will washing remove every stain?
Results depend on the material and the cause of the mark. Cleaning won’t repair worn paint or existing damage. Point out particular stains during the estimate so expectations are clear.
How often should I have the exterior cleaned?
There’s no single schedule for every property. Shade, moisture, nearby vegetation, and the finish affect how quickly buildup becomes noticeable. Follow the material’s care guidance and ask about cleaning when its appearance changes.
