Services and coverage
What cleaning services does 3D Cleaning offer?
Our confirmed services include residential cleaning, recurring house cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, commercial cleaning, office cleaning, janitorial services, interior and exterior window cleaning, pressure washing, and floor steaming. Some tasks, surfaces, or access conditions require separate confirmation, so the estimate is the final source of truth for your job.
Do you provide cleaning in both Cape Coral and Fort Myers?
Yes. Cape Coral and Fort Myers are our two primary markets. Availability can vary by service, property, route, access, and schedule. Include the exact address when you contact us so we can confirm coverage. See the service areas page for more context.
How do I request a free estimate?
Call 239-919-4665 or use the contact and estimate page. Share the property address, service type, current condition, priorities, preferred timing, and any access details. Photos or a walkthrough may be helpful when the scope is difficult to describe accurately.

Yes. 3D Cleaning is owned and operated by two brothers and a sister. Learn more about the family and company values on the About page.
How can I contact 3D Cleaning?

Home cleaning
What is the 3D Cleaning Cycle System?
The 3D Cleaning Cycle System is our process for recurring homes. It begins with a detailed initial clean. On later visits, the home receives its agreed general clean while one of four areas—the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, or living areas—receives rotating extra detail. A custom clean may also be discussed when your needs call for a different plan.
What is the difference between recurring and deep cleaning?
Recurring cleaning is an ongoing maintenance service. Deep cleaning is a more detailed service that may be used as the first step in a recurring plan or as a one-time reset. The estimate should identify the detail level, rooms, and tasks that apply rather than rely on a generic label alone.
What should I tell you about a move-in or move-out clean?
For move-in and move-out cleaning, share the target date, access window, whether the home will be empty or occupied, the condition of the space, and the areas that matter most. Ask specifically about optional items such as cabinets, appliances, windows, garages, or lanais; do not assume they are included in every moving clean.
Business cleaning
Do you provide recurring commercial cleaning?
Yes, recurring commercial cleaning is part of the confirmed offer. The available frequency and timing depend on the property, scope, access, and current schedule. Describe the type of business and any specialized requirements so we can determine whether the work fits our services.
Do you provide janitorial services?
Yes. Our janitorial services are designed for approved commercial facilities that need a defined recurring cleaning routine. The estimate confirms the included areas, tasks, frequency, access, supplies, and responsibilities for the property.
Can office cleaning be scheduled outside busy hours?
Tell us the service window you prefer when requesting an office cleaning estimate. We’ll confirm whether the timing is available before you rely on it. We do not publish a blanket after-hours or 24/7 promise without checking the actual schedule.
Windows, exteriors, and floors
Do you clean both interior and exterior windows?
Yes. Our window cleaning service covers interior and exterior work for approved homes and businesses. The estimate should specify which glass is included and whether screens, tracks, frames, doors, height, or access conditions change the scope.
What surfaces can you pressure wash?
Supported surfaces must be confirmed property by property. Send photos or a clear description of the area. Our pressure washing page does not claim roof cleaning, soft washing, sealing, remediation, restoration, or suitability for every painted, screened, wood, paver, or delicate surface.
Do you offer floor steaming?
Floor steaming is a current service, and the supported flooring, method, and exclusions are confirmed for each property during the estimate. Mention the flooring and desired result when requesting an estimate so we can explain whether the service fits.
Scope and your visit
What is included in my cleaning service?
Your estimate should identify the rooms, areas, tasks, optional work, exclusions, access requirements, and timing that apply. Published examples are useful for planning, but they do not override the agreed scope. If you want to add or change something, confirm it before the appointment.
How should I prepare for the cleaning visit?
Review the confirmed scope and make sure the team can reach the approved work areas. Share current access, gate, parking, alarm, property-management, or contact instructions before the visit. If an area contains fragile items, restricted access, an active project, or a condition that may fall outside ordinary cleaning, mention it in advance. We’ll confirm any service-specific preparation instead of asking every client to follow one generic checklist.
